Hope Brown, principal at PublicCity PR, boasts more than 25 years of public relations agency experience across a variety of industries, including health care, retail, professional services, non-profits and more.
She currently manages a variety of client accounts for PublicCity PR, providing strategic communications counsel, editorial content development, media relations and community relations services, professional matchmaking and more.
Before joining the firm in 2012, Hope served as a director and health care practice group leader at Lambert, Edwards & Associates (formerly known as John Bailey & Associates and now Lambert), a statewide public and investor relations agency, where she worked for 11 years on a variety of account teams, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, DTE Energy and St. John Health (now Ascension Michigan), among numerous others.
Prior to her role at JB&A/LE&A, Hope began her career as an account executive with the public relations and marketing firm, Marx Layne & Company.
Hope graduated with high honors from Michigan State University with a bachelor of arts degree in communications, including a summer semester abroad attending the University of London. In 2006, Hope revisited her academic pursuits and earned her APR designation from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
Hope and her husband, Jason, the founder of PublicCity PR, have two daughters and reside in Beverly Hills, Mich.
